Bad sound. suitable for tablets

This product is fine. The sound is TERRIBLE. I should have listened to those reviews. You barely hear when Disney+ and other apps are in use. The only apps that sound good are the games that come preinstalled on the tablet. My daughter still loves it when she plays with it. If anyone else has had this problem before and knows how to fix it, please let me know.
