I like a lot about this bag. It's spacious, easy to keep clean, lightweight, versatile - can be worn as a shoulder bag or as a backpack. I have had several diaper bags and this was one of my favourites. Unfortunately, after a few months of light use and very good care, the seams of the bag in the side pockets began to unravel. I didn't expect that from a bag at this price. I think what's even more disappointing is that the company said that it would not provide support because the bag was purchased through Revain and not directly through their online store. Overall a great bag, but the company's warranty and customer service are far from perfect. As far as I know now, I wouldn't recommend buying it.
