This hair treatment has a delicious, light, minty scent that is not overpowering. It's just light and fresh. The texture is creamy, no dyes. After application I feel a pleasant light minty tingling on the scalp. I've used it 5 times now and left it on for the full 5 minutes each time. The top layer of my hair is very dry and therefore very tangled. After using this product for the first time, I didn't notice much of a difference in my hair getting tangled. But for the second time my dry hair became a little less matted. Since then my hair has gotten healthier and healthier every time. I definitely want to keep using this deep conditioning product as I think it improves the condition of my hair. On the other hand, this company consistently produces good products. Their co-wash is one of my favorite products. The argan oil shampoo and conditioner is amazing too. I have also always received excellent customer service from this American company. Oh yes, the products are made right here in the USA. I'm glad they continue to develop products. I will try everything they release.
