I've always loved the muslin shorts for my kids to wrap up in while they grow up. But they are quite small and single layer so they didn't fit me that well. This blanket is perfect. This is a LARGE length (longer than most other blankets I own). It's an amazing weight (I'd buy a 6-ply if it was a little heavier). This is great for my kids as they tend to sweat profusely when they fall asleep under the (albeit soft) polyester/fleece blanket. These muslin blankets won't overheat. I love them and use them as an extra blanket every night. I have already bought a second duvet and would buy more if they were in more colors :)
