This is a much needed improvement over putting my thick hair in a knot. I found this to be useful right after I jump out of the shower to not only keep my hair in place but to let it air dry. The headband does have some flex, but I’m small headed and found it to be snug so not sure how well it’ll work for anyone larger than a size 7 3/8s in a SnapBack. If not adjusted properly it could cause a migraine but after proper placement no issues were noted. They clean easily in the washing machine, even after the worse workout.
