I've used this tool for about four months, so far it's great! It helps me with all my tasks related sales process management (pipeline tracking).The interface can be not very user-friendly sometimes but nothing too serious; you get good training when starting using elements platform if needed - just ask questions during your initial setup/training session as well before getting in production environment ;-)Easy integration into SFDC orgs via API or DataLoader extensionElements makes life easier by helping keep track what needs attention from other team members who are outbounding prospects / cold calls etc.,Also its excellent helpdesk solution where customer service agents will pick up messages sent through email automatically without having customers call again which saves time! I like how easy it was for us to use elements in our sales process, we were able to create forms quickly with little training needed.
The customer service could be improved - sometimes the responses are slow and not as helpful as they should be. We used Element's in our CRM implementation (Salesforce) but also had them build custom forms so we can track non-CRM data. This helped get all of our information in one place.
