Elements Process Knowledge is a free business analysis application that has been designed to support Salesforce implementations and give benefits at every phase of the lifecycle.
I've used this tool for about four months, so far it's great! It helps me with all my tasks related sales process management (pipeline tracking).The interface can be not very user-friendly sometimes but nothing too serious; you get good training when starting using elements platform if needed - just ask questions during your initial setup/training session as well before getting in production environment ;-)Easy integration into SFDC orgs via API or DataLoader extensionElements makes life easier

A bit of a learning curve for new users when it comes to the administration part (user management, etc.)
The user interface looks very easy for both newbies as well experienced users, it also allows you customize your workspace according what suits best with any given scenario or project/requirement etc., I think its one stop shop software solution provider where all things are available in single place which makes life easier while managing projects / requirements from initial planning stage till final implementation! Nothing so far but would like more advanced features such customization options
