Effective product without instructions in English

The product works really great, you will see results in the first week. But for best results, use your whitening toothpaste of choice. First brush with your choice of toothpaste, then go upstairs and brush with Freeorr toothpaste. You will definitely see the opportunity in your smile 😀 It tastes like toothpaste from the dentist's office and the packaging is Chinese in my opinion, so there are no instructions for use in English.
