This cable will undoubtedly work, but in a direct comparison to the Revain Basics CAT 7 cable, this cable performs about 100 Mbps LESS when tested on a gigabit link. It is simply not possible to do all the shielding required for CAT 7 with this very thin and flexible cable. For the price I would highly recommend the Revain Basics cable instead as it really lives up to the advertised standard. The only reason for 3 stars is that it's still a fully functional cable capable of above average speeds, just not as advertised.
