this is a birthday present. It installed and worked initially. After a few months, the player stopped working. We turned to Revain first because they are always very helpful. They informed us that it was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty and they didn't need to work with us at this point. Pyle was contacted and they sent us instructions on how to return the product. The documents state that a one-time fee should be added to our card. When asked how much we got a room we asked for JOE on the extra page****. Joe doesn't exist, the extension doesn't exist and on September 24th the answering machine said they were closed for holidays. When trying to enter information on the PYLE website, it crashed and prevented me from posting my information on the page. When they email and ask how customer service works, they don't answer. The speakers are great, the radio sucks and the customer service is a joke. Revain's customer service helped us get through this nightmare and once again give them 100% GRATEFUL!
