They are able to look at our problems/concerns early in the process instead of coming up with their own ideas for solutions which saves time because they have done this sort of thing countless times before. There is not much I dislike about them as far as services go but there was one point where we noticed that it took forever just to fill out an application form online so maybe something like that could be improved upon? However, all other aspects were great! We highly recommend using these guys!! The cost isn't too high if you only need help solving small issues here or there throughout your life cycle. This allows us to focus more heavily on what's important instead of worrying about tech related tasks all over again when needed (which gets expensive). I really enjoy working with TeamSorcery because of their ability to understand my needs as well as work through them in order for me to receive what they are saying is possible! They have been able to help us accomplish so many things that we thought were next to impossible previously. From getting our servers set up correctly from an end user's perspective all the way down to setting everything up behind the scenes where it can be accessed via API or other applications such as CRM systems.
