The sound is very muffled. The volume is poor when you turn up the speaker volume. 25 readers could not be found as described. Moved around the remote and buttons and only had 5 readers not 25 readers. Very disappointed with the quality and facilities. The remote control buttons do not match the instructions that came with the speaker. Colors do not have an option for brightness. Only white color will do. Cannot navigate through different modes to find reciters. There is no application management as this model supports the application. Very disappointed for my kids. Our $5 Bluetooth speaker works and works through our iPhone much better than this speaker's capabilities. If anyone knows how to find the other 20 reciters on this device please let me know.
