If it is placed at a 90 degree angle it will not.

When placed at a 90 degree angle it will not hold its position and will slide off the steel I placed it on. In doing so, I saw that they were being used on YouTube and they continued to post there. Johnson wrote on the product but could it be a cheap version of it? I'm not sure if I sent it back anyway.
