Really useful tool that made easier keeping things under control

The most important thing I like about this product it's really easy to use for all my employees since they can access any information in just few clicks! It has helped me solve many issues with our customers such as ticketing system or incident management etc. Nothing at particular time but sometimes when you are using service now web interface doesn't open properly so make sure your internet connection is good enough otherwise there will be some problem while accessing information from web page. We solved customer support issue by tracking their tickets and giving them status updates through email which helps us keep track of overall progress without having to look into each individual case one-by-one.
