REVISED. Customer service contacted me and they are replacing my order. This is excellent customer service and I will continue to order from them in the future. For the second time I order this product. This time I was very disappointed with the product. When I first got it, there was no easy installer tool, which is great. The glass on both had flaws on the sticky side, which is pretty noticeable. I ended up throwing the first one away which was a total waste. The second has the same problems. I am very careful when applying screen protectors and before applying a new glass, I check that absolutely nothing is left on the screen. I usually use my protectors as the five below, which I will do in the future. I liked this product the first time.
