Pros: They arrived on time and were well packaged. This was a brand new product and every component was wrapped in bubble wrap. The chrome looks nice and has held up well on my bike for about a month. Each harness connector is labeled for easy setup. Cons: The main problem is that they don't transfer sound well. I have fairings on my bike and they are on the handlebars behind the fairing. It's still not loud enough when driving at 60 km/h. What you can hear has some noise as that is the upper limit of the amplifier's performance. I've tried adjusting the speaker placement without much success. Secondary - clamps. Very cheap and bends easily. This is a two piece clip with a slot and tab that connects the back of the clip to the front of the clip (or vice versa depending on how you mount your speakers) with a mounting stud on the speaker. There is a strip of rubber between the clamp and the bar you are attaching to. You should try to keep the rubber strip in place while you connect and adjust the clamp. It helps if you have 3 arms on your body. I would have preferred to use Kury Aiken's stronger hinge clips, but the electrical connectors are rectangular and won't fit through the clips. So you either have to cut wires and put in new connectors or use crappy standard terminals. I've opted for the latter for now. Disconnecting the connectors is difficult because they use a cheap, one-time pin setup. The third problem is Bluetooth. It connects to my phone but not my GPS (Garmin 665). Since I use Garmin for satellite radio I have to use a straight 3.5mm cable as input. After all, I have all 4 speakers on my steering wheel at the moment and it's very confusing. It is now too late to return this product. I'm going to make a bracket to mount it slightly below the fairing to better hide the speakers. It may not improve the sound quality, but it should improve the look of my bike. If that doesn't work, I take everything off and load it into my project truck.
