Despite being marketed as a Sports and Outdoors accessory, these braces failed to deliver .Based on my observations the adjustable compression straps unravelled mid-activity, offering little to no support. The lightweight design was a nice pro, but ultimately fell short as the braces did not provide adequate protection during outdoor recreation. Save your money and invest in a better quality product..
