As a quality- and efficiency-conscious individual, TURTLEDOVE let me down. While their site is simple to use, the standard of their offerings is lacking. Their clothes seemed poorly constructed and overpriced to me. In addition, they had a terrible customer care department. I had some issues with my purchase, and they were unhelpful and dismissive when I brought them up. It's annoying when a business doesn't value its clientele. Their shipping was sluggish and inefficient, if that wasn't bad enough. In this day and age, it is unacceptable that I had to wait weeks for my purchase to arrive. Overall, if you're searching for high-quality clothing, I wouldn't suggest TURTLEDOVE. While they have a large selection, the quality and customer care are lacking. Don't waste your time here; go somewhere else.
