I've only had the DVR for a week. The image on the mirror looks really good, I haven't had a chance to look at the shots but I suspect they will be good. The only thing I have is frustration with voice commands. Voice commands are unreliable. I can only get the voice command to work on request from the front camera, the rear camera won't budge no matter how I try. There are also several other languages on the device, one of which is Chinese, but the device will not work with that language at all. This is important to me as my girlfriend is Chinese and it was an important part of buying the setup. As usual, contacting the seller gives you a very vague idea of what to do. Don't expect the little booklet that comes with the device to help you in the areas you need. The second request was sent to the seller, but no response yet. I have been in contact with the seller since writing this item and they have tried to make things right. Now all I can do is use the dash cam and work with voice recognition.
