Just installed today. People who say they are lacking leverage haven't read the reviews. Yes, the company doesn't provide instructions, but that's easy to find out with a little research. :) I'll update a bit later to see how it fares on the road. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Take out the existing tray in your Jeep Wrangler (yes it will pop out!) 2) Locate the factory installed hex screw/bolt 3) Remove the hex screw/bolt 4) Remove the red tape from the tape 5) Place the base on the tray and align the hole in the base with the hole in the dashboard 6) Press down to attach the tape to the back of the dashboard tray 7) Refit the screw/ Bolt back on (don't overtighten) 8) Install the bracket to the plastic ball on the base and tighten (tighten but don't overtighten or the plastic may break) 9) Place the phone with both hands and tighten the bracket back to the base if needed 10 ) Place the supplied tray on the base
