Closest waffle blanket I've found for Bright Futures, but not as soft

If you're looking for a product similar to Baby Morgan or Bright Futures, then I am too. This is the best I've found in an exact match in terms of softness and silk. My 10 year old daughter got a Bright Futures blanket as soon as she closed her shop and I've been looking for a comparable extra blanket for her for years but haven't come close to finding anything. I'm having another little girl in a few months, so the search continues again. This duvet comes close, but it hasn't softened at all after two washes, so I think you'll get a feel for what it's like right away, unless it's really worn out, and who knows how long that might last could. I was hoping that it would be immediately soft for baby without having to wash or wear it several times until it was soft enough; unlike Bright Futures which was soft even after a single wash. After searching and even trying to find the exact or close to the fabric that Bright Futures had used (waffle acrylic and sometimes some cotton blend) I've had no luck finding even this, this is the best blanket, on that I could get hold of. We wash this blanket as many times as possible, hoping it will be soft enough when the child is able to take their blanket.
