Thought my stalking neighbor was constantly peering in my patio door and bedroom window. I had plenty of evidence of him rubbing his face on my laundry during the day and rattling my doors, so naturally I assumed he was trying to break into my patio door at night. and moved my things. I put it in front of the bedroom window so no one can look in so easily. I informed the landlord about the attempts. Told him I filmed it on camera. 350 p.m. And he said he needed a police report etc etc to evict the person. After weeks of trying to get the police to take action (a neighbor was mentally ill with a head injury), my landlord's assistant called me and said that my landlord was actually "checking" my patio door to make sure I complete them. At 350 he appeared to be wearing his boxer shorts for the camera. I was NOT amused that the landlord acted like he didn't know. I know I'm filing a complaint and I show a video of a man trying to get in. It just so happens that both men are HUGE men with the build of a gorilla. But the camera could show enough, but not enough. bring charges against a specific person.
