This cable works well for its purpose. I can use it to connect my laptop to a monitor or home projector via a USB-C port. However, I have found that this does not work for my Chome OS device or smartphone. That disappointed me, but I think I should blame the devices, not the cable. Well, for the price, this thing is well built. I want it to support more than 30Hz. Finally, you could probably find a cable with similar performance and reliability for about half the price, but it's a good cable. If you want something from a well-known, high-quality (and expensive) brand, go for this one.
