bad design. The air intake is at the bottom of the big red heart, and when deflated, the red heart invariably closes the air intake. Then when he tries to inflate again, he doesn't get enough air. Every day I have to manually hold the red heart up until there is enough air in all hearts. None of my other bouncy castles have this problem.
