Great for seniors! for my opinion
I am 64 and had neck surgery 5 years ago. I constantly have neck and shoulder pain and need to build up my shoulder muscles. This has just the right amount of tension for me. It should help me tone my belly too. Looking forward to using it more and more. Really simple to assemble.
- I only wish it came with a variety of resistance bands
- May require additional padding for comfort during use
