I really wanted this roll pillow to fall completely in love with me. I was glad that there is no smell when opening! I was amazed by the feel of the bamboo floor. This made it very comfortable for my neck. The kit also included a good quality eye mask that is quite comfortable to wear and foam ear tips. What I didn't like: I wasn't impressed with its durability. It is a memory foam and will return to its original shape after use. But overall I doubt how much support it can provide when a tiny me (just 100lbs) can smooth it out with a neck brace or back brace. Since I'm unsure of the support, I certainly could have gotten more relief with a stronger block. Overall I am happy with this roll pillow and I think it will be useful. and I will keep looking for something that will better support my sore spots.
