Almost 20% of the batteries we order don't hold a charge. We have old solar lights that needed replacing batteries and we have new solar lights that come with batteries. We've tested replacement batteries by installing them in old and new headlights. We also swapped out the batteries in the new lights and put them in the old lights just to make sure the solar panels wouldn't cause a charging error. We did this with multiple lights for several days and the results showed the batteries just weren't holding a charge. After that we will buy Powerex batteries.
