Toxic Smell - Not suitable for children
I bought these for a children's Halloween party and as soon as I opened it the smell of very toxic spray paint came out of the bag. My husband actually punished me for inhaling the fumes to find out what the smell was. We had to return them for a refund - they are made in China and it seems safety standards have been ignored.
