Outer frame cover of my 40" Sony LED, but the Velcro tab that is supposed to protect the area around the bracket on the back of the TV is on the top rather than the bottom, so prevents the flap from slipping on the support foot. This is not a heavy duty jacket - it weighs about the same as a men's unlined polyester windbreaker. It can be useful as a dust cover, but it doesn't protect your TV from wind or moisture. The soft lining mentioned in the description is a very thin cotton tape that tears easily. If you're trying to protect a mid-to-high-end TV, I'd recommend a cover made from a heavier (canvas-like) material with a few tabs and panels to fully cover the area around the mount.
