I bought this suit for an upcoming post-op hydrotherapy session. I tried it on and it fits perfectly. I removed the pads in the chest area because the pads are too big. I am 72 years old and the suit is cute but modest. The colors are beautiful, the material is very good. The shorts cover everything I want to cover. I wear ladies 16-18, x-lge or medium in some dresses. I have a 42c bust, smaller waist but big butt! I ordered 4xl, I thought it was a bit much but I'm glad I did. Costumes must be small. Don't be afraid to order a size up, this is the largest size I've ever ordered in my life lol! It's wearable! The costume itself says size 16 USA, 4xlchina
