The best thing is that you can reply to emails from your mobile phone. It's very easy to use, it has all the features I need. Sometimes I get notifications of new emails, but they don't show up when I'm using the app. When I'm not at my computer, I sometimes forget to check the email tree app for new messages. It would be great if it had more customization options, like different themes, so I could customize it better. As I said before, the best feature is being able to respond with one click from any device, anywhere. The other person will receive the notification and know what to do next. I like that it is easy for me to use, it has helped my organization be more efficient with our email communications. It does not have any downsides as of yet but they are working hard at improving their service. If you're looking for an effective way to manage your business's communication needs then this program should definitely be considered.
