I've had this kit for a month now. The lights are easy to use, versatile and bright. The light mount blocks the ability to fully open the barn doors at an angle which is a design flaw but I can overlook that. However, the build quality of the grandstands and customer support were poor. One of the posts snapped when I was tightening it (see photo. It wasn't tightened, just enough to support the weight of the lamp, which is heavy at the top). I've spent the last week and a half trying to get the support team to respond to emails asking for a replacement. They replied once, asking for a photo, and that was a week ago. This could very well be a "pay for what you get" scenario. I wouldn't recommend it based on customer support experience and build quality. UPDATE: Shortly after this review, GVM emailed me and promptly provided a warranty replacement stand.
