A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

Heavy. You can feel the quality right away. Attaches securely. Where did they write about the adjusting screw, which then scrolls, nonsense, one nut that holds the hinge and it is reliable. The spacers themselves for the headrest on springs are also reliable. I recommend!
