Rejection after a month of use

I bought two of these products, one had connection problems that worked 70% of the time and the other one I realized , even if I only connect a charging cable phone to it, it charges at a very low speed, when I also use the phone it hardly charges. Strange, the thing broke right after a month, which I can no longer return.
