We helped one of our clients streamline their accounts payable process. This involved updating their existing software and getting it ready for the transition. This included building out new workflows, migrating documents and setting up templates for the incoming invoices. After the project was complete, the client was able to see where their process could be improved and the changes implemented without any downtime.
