I like how easy it was for me as an applicant, or even with candidate management if you are currently employed by them at another job! It's very user friendly software which makes finding new jobs so much easier than other platforms out there today.

Not many things dislike about this system but one would be having some of your contact information stored in multiple places/systems could lead to confusion when trying to search something specific (e.g., phone number). Make sure they have all info available where ever needed during any stage of hiring because once hired then its not going anywhere anymore; hence why we had such great success using ePOPY before switching over to our current recruiting solution.
