This 16 piece set is as described and shown. The quality is good enough for a synthetic kit at this price point. It offers all the brushes you need for any type of makeup. The black bristles of the brush will not distort or distort the color of the product (shadow, blush, etc.) you will be using. The downside of this set didn't bother me - there were no instructions on how to use each brush, and there are three brushes shaped like the head of some brushes, but with rubber tips. Professional makeup artists probably know how to use them, but I don't think we ordinary people will need them. Those two things aside, it's a great set! If you are buying them as a gift you can just toss them in a tissue paper gift bag and they look amazing as they come in a sealed plastic bag. I recommend this product.
