I liked the idea but it didn't work out

I didn't like it. The idea was nice, but it wasn't clear where to put the "clouds" so I had to put up a sign to show guests the direction. Then half of the clouds fell upside down. Half the people didn't know what to do about it and ended up ignoring it. If you had one person running the guest station and managing the whole process, it would work much better. In general, the idea is not bad, but the design was not obvious enough to the guests.
