Review on Dunham Mens Dillon Slip Black Men's Shoes: Comfort and Style Combined by Billy Reeves

I am looking for comfortable dress shoes and was hoping to have found them with Dunham shoes. This pair was comfortable and light, but I only had the chance to wear them for 5 minutes. I was impressed with the comfort at the time and thought they were better than my Rockports I bought 2 years ago and Clarks which I tried before ordering them. I usually wear size 10-11 sneakers and ordered a size 9. I had a loose heel area and being slip on shoes I was afraid they would either fall and I would trip if I ran. I wanted to exchange them for a size 8.5 but I couldn't. I wanted to give a higher rating but since I haven't had it for a long time I can only give 3 stars. I have actually bought 2 pairs of different Dunham shoes (these and the Blairs) since they went on sale. They would only allow the option of a return, not an exchange. I spoke to customer service and they said that I could only return both pairs of shoes and order a new pair, which meant I would lose my promotion; I asked customer service if I should order 3 different pairs in my size to make sure I found the right one and then return the ones that didn't fit. The answer was that it was a solution. the shoes are on sale on amazon, order multiple pairs so you don't lose the promotion. I was dying to have a good pair of shoes but I will not order them at full price as I know I can buy them at a discount. Another lesson from this is that it's best to buy shoes from your local store so you don't have to deal with returns and knowing which shoes don't fit. I can find these pairs of shoes in the store. local department stores when they sell and I will be back to update my review.
