Review on Savoir Faire Studio Watercolor Pad 8x10 Multi for Artists and Beginners by Doris Tran

I first bought this type of watercolor paper, which I thought was disastrous (laughs). I'm not new to watercolor painting, but this paper made me look like a beginner. It's incredibly blotchy because the color soaks in very quickly. Unlike other reviewers, the paper could stand quite a bit of cleaning (which was necessary to try and save the painting). So I wouldn't recommend watercolor at all unless you want complex tasks. So I thought it was a waste of time until I found out it was the paper of choice for some colored pencil artists. It's very smooth and that's why I'm using it for that now. But it's quite expensive and not my first choice for this medium yet.
