Our sweet puppy is small enough to squeeze through our wrought iron fence. After ordering a Puppy Bumper, she can play without worrying about getting out! It's wide enough to avoid going through the fence. I like that it not only closes around the neck, but has loops through which you can thread the collar. Since she doesn't wear it all the time, I wear a cheap collar and only put it on when she's out of the house. (Otherwise, it's quite awkward having to thread the collar through the loops every time.) But because it was attached to the collar, it still stayed on her neck even if she somehow undid it!
