These truly wireless headphones excel in all but a few categories. These headphones are used exclusively with the phone for Youtube videos, podcasts and the occasional movie. Not much music, if any. Build Quality: The case has weight. You can feel the quality in your hands. Plastic doesn't feel cheap or brittle to me. The lid closes and snaps into place with a magnet, the headphones are also held in place with a magnet. They're also pretty strong magnets and I'm not afraid of falling out of my headphones if I drop the case. The backlighting of the LED screen on the front of the case works well and is very bright. More on that later. The earphones also fit well in the hand and the workmanship fits the body. It's USB C, after all. All I have now is USB C, so that's a huge benefit and I appreciate this addition. Appropriate: The largest earplugs fit securely for my ears and I'm not afraid that the headphones will fall out of my ears. I don't feel tired in my ears after watching the whole movie. I usually don't go more than 2 hours so I only need to be fit for about 2 hours which they did well. Sound Quality: These aren't heavy headphones with bass. They have some bass, but if you hear a lot of bass at high volumes, you should probably look elsewhere. This isn't a problem for me as they have enough bass to make voices bright and easy to hear. I didn't have any problems with Netflix or YouTube either. I have no problems with the sound produced by these headphones. Connection and control: I connected it to the computer first and then to the phone. Pairing was easy and the connection was reliable. I didn't notice any delays between picture and sound. The biggest downside to these headphones is the touch controls. Any light touch of the earpiece in your ear activates the controls. I can't find any information on how to remove touch controls, which would be nice. Microphone: My second and only complaint about these headphones is the microphone. This isn't a big deal as most truly wireless earbuds have terrible mics. Even the famous brands I own are bad at this. I expected that. Battery: I can't say anything about that. If you believe the digital LCD display, these headphones have an excellent battery life. I've only had them for a short time, that remains to be seen. LCD Display: The LCD display is very bright. It stays on for a long time and isn't the best way to show battery life in my opinion. I would prefer low, medium and high beeps. I'm not demoting the LCD because I knew it was there and would serve its intended purpose, but I would have preferred not to have an LCD. The LCD is the cheapest in a case, limiting the over-the-top aesthetic. If I could completely do without touch controls, this product would get 5 stars. As the controls offer a slight but constant annoyance, I have to deduct a star. Almost a 5 star product but I can still recommend them in this price range. These are great headphones if you can handle touch controls.
