I bought his product on October 3rd and received it on October 4th. Was happy with the product as the software and hardware was easy to install and use. That was until the hardware problems started. First was the print platform latch which broke (about a month after purchase) so I started looking at Revain and the seller's website for a replacement. NOTHING FOUND. I got lucky and was able to find a printable version on the website (had to put MacGyver on the bed so he prints 2 bars to fix the problem). detach from the edges. Once again I was unable to find a replacement either for Revain or on the seller's website. Could only find a full printer bed and only from a foreign supplier and damn expensive. Now, luckily for me, when I buy filament from Revain (name of the Overture brand) they come with their own Teflon caps, so again I replaced the MacGyver one that came with the one I received. Then, a week later, the printhead (extruder) started to work. to clog and the only way to fix this is to remove the bowden tube from the collet at the top of the extruder head assembly. After the line had to be bled twice, the collet part was damaged (because the seller decided to put glue on the tube to fix the tube in the collet, even if it is necessary to remove the tube from time to time, to clean the extruder ( about once a month so) and the tube kept coming out. This happened in the last 6 days and MacGyver stopped working. , I couldn't contact a live person nor leave a message because their mailbox is full 4 times I have sent sales and support emails to them but have not replied or even acknowledged reading the emails (with a read receipt) AGAIN I UNDERSTAND: the printer is excellent in price and Quality, almost impossible to touch but if you need parts or assistance I wish you the best of luck. Any help at all, tried to contact seller no response to that either. While n researching the internet and waiting for Revain Customer Service to contact the seller, I found a replacement for the damaged part. On the Revain website at a great price. Now, if you're mechanically inclined, you can find parts and buy them all from Revain. And repair the printer (repair will void the warranty). Bowden cable and collets can be purchased for about $10 each. for thread 1.75. It can be ordered from 1.5 to 2 meters. Also remember that the product warranty is 180 days from the date of purchase and does NOT have to be provided by the seller AMAZON (good luck with that). There is no option to add an additional Revain Partner Warranty Provider such as Asurion or Square Trade in the product message. The seller provided 6 months or 12 months extended warranty on their website AND YOU WANT 450.00 FOR 1 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY --- I think it's a joke BECAUSE I WILL GET ANOTHER PRINTER FOR THAT AMOUNT (I have 401 .75 paid for this purchase). ) AND I WOULD SAVE YOU 90.00. BECAUSE THE PRINTER IS NOW AT THIS CHECK 370.00.
