The mitten itself is of very good quality with a well thought out design. I would give 5 stars. But there are many reasons why I wanted to give 0 stars. For example: 1. It might be a toddler mitten but the size was not clear and I ordered size M for a 9 year old boy. Size M only fits my 3 year old child.2. Delivery took forever. This is the first time in my Amazon core customer history that a product has taken so long.3. He charged for the shipping cost (because I have a premiere I guess I forgot to check the shipping now. For example who is charging the shipping now?) As this mitten was part of a large order I didn't check it. 4. After realizing that shipping costs would apply, I immediately tried to cancel this mitten and it was impossible.5. If you want to return it, you also need to pay.
