The best thing about net ocean was their customer service team who helped us setup our environment within no timeframe at all (I mean literally just couple hours). Once we were done setting up they also explained me how I could use this software in my day job too! It's not free but worth every penny if you are looking into capturing your traffic/logs or analyzing them later down stream - like finding out which application servers have been hit by hackers most frequently over last few months / weeks using log correlation tools such as Splunk! You will find yourself solving problems related networking issues very quickly once u start doing some research & learning more advanced topics regarding Networking Security Infrastructure Management Tools!!
