I have replaced my old heavy Bissel floor steamer with this new light and handy floor steamer. I liked it after the first use. First, it has a long cord so I don't have to constantly walk across wet, slippery floors to unplug it and go to the next area. Second, I can clean the whole house with one water tank, so I don't have to unplug, unscrew the cap, pour water into the hot tank, and screw the hot cap back on. Most importantly, it's lightweight and does a great job cleaning tile floors. You can hear the steam rushing through the pads, the pads are easy to put on and take off and easy to wash. I use distilled water and it heats up in just 30 seconds and cleans my entryway, large kitchen, 2 hallways and 3 bathrooms without refilling.
