I ordered Hey Dude online thinking they were perfect. They were comfortable when I tried them on. After the second wear I noticed that a few threads were sticking out of the seams. I didn't think about it until I put them on for the third time. Threads sticking out everywhere. I contacted Hey Dude to see if they would send me a new pair or ask me to return them as these are new shoes. The answer I received was that they refused to return my shoes because they had been worn. It's pretty bad if you don't endorse your product. Now I've spent all that money on shoes that are literally bursting at the seams. It's really sad when a company doesn't endorse the core product they sell.
