My husband needed a toaster oven with slots wide enough to make very thick waffles. He decided to try this toaster and is very happy with it! He does exactly what he wanted. He is very happy with it and finds it very attractive. When I first ordered a toaster for him there was a bit of confusion about the tracking number and I figured it was the seller's fault as it wasn't an Amazon.com product, although not exactly at the time arrived as promised by the seller, I don't think it's NOT their fault but I think it's a Revain problem. In fact, the seller contacted me because I was upset that I didn't think I would receive the product but received it later than expected. And they were very concerned that I would be happy, so I sincerely appreciate their attention to this issue. Everything is fine, the goods have finally arrived and my husband is very satisfied.
