I use this to get some extra space for my DVR. The card worked great in testing for both my laptops and cameras. I am using a reader and adapter to view video files from a DVR. I noticed this when using the map data. like videos etc it's really starting to get hot. Not sure if this will affect the data or the map in the long run. But for now it works. All in all, although the capacity of the card is small for our time at 16 GB, the reader and adapter work well. I have many readers but not this adapter. I like the USB TYPE-C connection option.
