Review on Session Nook Small Ottoman Stone by Jay Lopez

Excellent Product! It arrives well packaged and in excellent condition. No questionable smells or other disturbing. The color STONE is absolutely gorgeous! I also have a larger Session ottoman, in brown, but I prefer the gray color. I have included a picture of both ottomans for clarity and comparison. I find the color on the product page to be a bit darker than it really is, so I was pleasantly surprised that it's not that dark and really complements my light colored furniture. The best thing about this stool is that it is soft and very comfortable. Maybe even too comfortable! So be careful - once you sit on it, you will have a hard time moving away. I really appreciate that the cover is made of vegan leather and is removable and machine washable. Anyone with a cat, dog or small children in the house will appreciate this feature. If you have small children who like to open things, this stool is equipped with a zippered headboard to prevent small children from accessing it. Use a paperclip or safety pin to unzip the zipper (see manufacturer's image). Another piece of good news is that no flame retardant chemicals have been used in this product, but it still meets flammability requirements. This statement is important to my wife, who tries to avoid as many unnecessary additives as possible. Flame retardant chemicals have been linked to adverse effects on human health and development, so we are glad they were not used in the manufacture of this ottoman. The contents of the ottoman are 100% shredded polyurethane foam; The cover is made in China but filled and finished in the USA and is 100% polyester. Highly recommended!
